Lidl Glider 40mm EDF RC Conversion

It's been 18 months since the sad demise of my first Lidl EDF conversion. Time to re build! I'll be incorporating some new methods and we will see how it works out!!
✈️ Project Overview: The video demonstrates the reconstruction of a Lidl glider modified with a 40mm electric ducted fan (EDF) for RC flying.
🛠 Modifications and Innovations: Upgraded parts include a new carbon spar for added wing strength, reworked elevator, and repositioned ailerons for better control. An external ESC prevents overheating.
⚙️ Building Tips: I use creative methods like a soldering iron to carve channels for rods and wires, ensuring clean assembly.
🔄 Testing and Adjustments: A rough balance test and component placement finalize the build, optimizing the glider for its maiden flight.
