Blueberry Muffins with Cream Cheese and Streusels | Quick and Easy Fluffy, Soft, and Moist Muffins

They’re THE BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS EVER. I’m serious. They’re fluffy, soft, moist, and they’re full of cream cheese (cheesecake) filling. AND they have streusel on top.

Pretty much, these muffins are top notch. They’re really the only muffin recipe you need. EVER!!!

I think I’ve perfected the blueberry muffin recipe with these.

Ingredients: Makes 12 cupcakes

100g unsalted butter or canola oil
100g sugar
2 eggs
220g cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
100ml Buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
200g ~ fresh blueberries
100g ~ cream cheese

Streusels
50g Sugar
30g All Purpose Flour
30g Butter

Baked in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for about 25-30 minutes.
