- Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) -1
- Turmeric pwd -1tsp
- Water 1 cup

Dal Fry Palak Preparation:-
- Palak (Spinach) -2 Cup
- 1 Onion (Piyaz) Chopped
- 2 Clove Garlic (Lehsun) Chopped
- 1 Inch Ginger (Adrak) Chopped
- 2 tbs Cooking oil
- Coriander(Dhania) pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili(Mirchi) pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin(Jeera) Pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric(Haldi) pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Potatoes (Aalu) - 1 Cut 6 pieces
- Dry Kasurimethi - 1/2 tsp

For Tadka :-
- Cow ghee - 1tbs
- Cumin Seed (Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic(Lehsun) - 1 Clove Chopped
- Curry leaf (Curry Pata) 8-10
- Sweet Chili (Mirchi) pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric (Haldi) Pwd - 1/2 tsp

Garnish:- 1 tsp Cow ghee
