Ludwig & Ludwig "Standard" Solid Shell Maple 6.5" x 14" (For Sale)

Dated 3803, March 1938, Ludwig and Ludwig “Standard” is solid shell maple with Nickle hardware.

Hear it tuned Low, Low Muted, Low Super Mute, Medium, Medium Muted, High, and High Muted!

Sounds epic. Very round and smooth and classic and barky, especially at lower tunings.

Hardware is scratched and dinged, but in good shape, lacquer is scratched and chipped, but nothing major. Shell inside is perfect. Tension rods are in good shape with a tiny bit of rust.

Currently has modern Pearl lugs and strainer, courtesy of Pro Drum Hollywood to get it playable. However, it can easily be restored to collections condition with a little project and TLC.
I have all original flat Imperial Lugs and Strainer, however 4/8 lugs are stripped and need new springs etc. Worthy of a project to get maximum value.

Excellent studio drum.
