DIY Baylan Skoll Lightsaber Hilt from Star Wars Ahsoka - Cheap and Easy Cardboard

A little craft foam and some silver foil are all you need to transform a plain cardboard tube into Baylan Skoll's iconic lightsaber hilt. This is an easy lightsaber to make so it's perfect for all skill levels, whether you're a seasoned builder or just starting out. It's a fairly simply design without all the frills and details of some of the other sabers making it very easy to recreate. My cardboard tube came from an old wrapper paper roll, but you can find similar tubes in baking paper and other various kitchen supplies. If your tube isn't strong enough, simply put a second tube inside the first one to reinforce it.
