2-1-2 Basketball Zone Defense

2-1-2 Basketball Zone Defense, in this video I give a tutorial about the 2-1-2 Zone Defense and the 2 different ways you can run that zone defense. The first way I show how to run the 2-1-2 Zone Defense is how many Basketball Coaches run the 2-1-2, while the second way is how I run the 2-1-2 which is to allow the middle player, player number 5 to play as high as a 3-2 zone, and as low as a 2-3 zone which will confuse the offensive team.
