300g (10 1/2 oz) chicken breast, cubed

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp oregano

300g (10 1/2 oz) bacon, cut into strips

3 eggs

1 onion, sliced into half-moons

1/2 green bell pepper, sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

Green onions (to taste)

Pinch of garlic powder

2 cups cooked white rice

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast with garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano.

Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

2. Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. Fry the Bacon
In the same skillet, add the bacon strips.

Fry until crispy and golden, stirring occasionally.
