Cholelithiasis ( Single stone ) with normal wall thickening | Benign simple right renal cortical cyst

Liver: Normal in size shape. Homogeneous parenchymal echo pattern. Intrahepatic vessels appear normal. No evidence of any focal lesion is detected in the liver.

Gall Bladder: Normal in size & shape with smooth outline. There is a bright echogenic solid structure is found within the gall bladder lumen casting distal acoustic shadow measuring 1.6cm.

Porta Hepatis: CBD caliber is within normal limit at his age. No abnormality could be detected within the lumen of the CBD. Portal vein appears normal.

Spleen: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline, Parenchymal echo appears normal.

Pancreas: Visualized parenchyma appears normal. Main pancreatic duct is not dilated.

Right kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Cortex & medulla are well differentiated. Central echo-complex is echogenic and normal.

Two cystic mass extending from upper pole measures about 5.9cm and 2.52cm.

The cyst has smooth, sharply demarcated walls, differentiating it from the surrounding renal tissue.

The cyst has a regular, rounded shape.
There is posterior acoustic enhancementseen behind the cyst.

No internal septations or solid components

Left Kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 9.2 cm. Central echo-complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected.

Urinary Bladder: Well filled with smooth outline. Wall thickness is within normal limit. No intravesical lesion or calculus is detected.

Prostate: Normal in size. It shows homogenous echotexture with smooth and intact capsule.

It measures – Volume: 22.6 ml.

IMPRESSION:
1. Findings consistent with Cholelithiasis ( Single stone ) with normal wall thickening.
2. These features indicate a benign simple right renal cortical cyst extending from upper pole measures about 5.9cm and 2.52cm.
