This 30 min lower body workout will strengthen your full lower body – quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, hip adductors, hip abductors, and hip flexors. We will be using weights and a mat. I will cue your breath so that you will get the most effective exercise. We will be doing 10-15 reps of each exercise to work muscular strength, not muscle endurance. We will not only strengthen your muscles but your bones as well. We will do 3 sets of 6 exercises (10-15 reps). This workout will pair well with any of the yoga videos. Rotate this upper body video with my lower body workout videos.

Warmup
Deep breaths
Marches
Butt kickers
Goblet squat with reach
Leg swings
Runners lunge with test

3 sets of:
Squat
Reverse lunge
Single leg deadlift
Glut bridge
Adductor kicks
Donkey kicks


Cool down
Hamstring and low back stretch
Figure 4 glute stretch
Low runners lunge and lizard stretch
