As a international tourist roaming the streets it is obvious that this city with its huge chinese investment is clearly marketed to the chinese . 5 star hotels , casinos , restaurants all have many features the chinese love . I come across the Star Bay complex which has apartments for rent $ US 380 per week fully furnished , great location . Apartments for sale offering 8- 10 % return on investment , ideal for internationals or chinese alike .
Meet a chinese policeman from Chongqing who loves the place . Sadly many tuk tuk drivers have no english which makes it hard to get around for me . Empty shopping centre is unreal , its great , modern near beach but no people .
