How to print out the results?

Note: The print dialog can be opened from the final page of Progress Report Card and Entry Form/Result Editor. You can't print out at the time of editing or making new entries.

Use any A4 size paper for printing. Page orientation is Portrait. And you can't change this page setup to any other size.

For the first time only, you need to setup printer:
1) Click Print or click on the icon,.
2) Click Find Printer.
3) In the Printer Setup, double click on the printer name to select the printer.
4) Again click Find Printer.
5) In the Printer Setup, click Setup.
6) Make nacessary changes like Page size, type of paper, etc.


For printing results:
1) Make sure that printer is connected to your computer.
2) Make sure that Printer Name is selected.
3) Click Print or click on the icon,.
4) Select the option, Progress Report Card.
5) Select an option out of the three: Current Roll No., All Roll No., ) 6) Custom Roll No.
7) Select the Grade or Marks.
8) Enter the number of Copies.
9) Click Print.

Current Roll No.:It works properly only when Entry Form is open. If you are using this option from the final page of Progress Report Card, it prints only last record. Use this option for pinting only one record.

All Roll No.: It allows you to print out all the records.

Custom Roll No.: It works for custom printing like 2 to 6, 4 to 10, etc. But it does not allow you to print like 4 to 2 or 2, 5, 7, etc.
