Bank Fishing for Catfish | Tips, Tricks, & Tactics for Beginners

Bank or shore fishing can be one of the most challenging things to do, but also the most rewarding. Not everyone has a boat or access to one. During the beginning days of my fishing career, I spent the vast majority of my time fishing from the bank. It's where I cut my teeth, learned a lot of lessons, and caught some giant fish. This video is directed towards the basic tenants of fishing from the bank for catfish, but can be applied to other species. DEEP WATER access is very important. We go over basic rigging, tackle, baits to use, how to find fishing spots, and the best places to put your baits. Take some time to soak all of this in and it will cut your learning curve in half, easily.
