The Perfect Power Pot is indoor use only on flat countertop surface, a 3 prong outlet. The pot comes with a detachable power cord, glass lid, a steamer, and a beechwood spatula.

While the Perfect Power Pot claims to have a 1.7 liter/1.6 quart capacity the instruction manual says to fill the pot with liquid to a level underneath the handle, which is the equivalent of 4 cups/1 quart.

This is perfect to take on a road trip to use in a hotel room or a dorm room, if it is allowed in those places.
