This is a 20 minute dedicated core conditioning sequence. Part 7 of the Strong Body, Calm Mind series of classes. A compact flow to compliment your weekly schedule. Practice includes some of the sequences and moves that feature throughout this series with a special emphasis on your core. It's a level 2-3 class. A burner for your core. An effective class when you're short on time and you'd like to include strength work into your week. No props required.
