Netravati peak monsoon Trek, Chikmagalur | Complete Guide | Kudremukh National Park

Netravati trek at a height of 4900 feet located in Kudremukh National park of Chikmagaluru, Karnataka. Local guide is compulsory for trekking. This peak has been opened to trekkers in June, 2022, and starts from base village Samse which is 90 KM from Chikmagalur and 310 from Bangalore, its a 10 KM easy-moderate level trek and can be completed in 6 hours. Forest checkpost is the starting point of the trek which is 6 KM from the village. Due to the condition of the roads, we can reach forest checkpost only in special off-road jeeps.

The speciality of this trek is Netravati river originates in these hills which flows in spiritual place Dharmasthala of Karnataka.
