This is a pretty big, fairly long stage as you have three sets of people to escort and you have to get them out before the Hydra appears. Of course as far as I know the Hydra takes like 40 minutes to actually show up so you have more than enough time. Susano'o also comes to stop you at the end as a surprise commander.

And we recruit Dong Zhuo in this stage because...he had to join SOMEHOW dammit.
