Dr. McCoy is escorting Yeoman Tonia Barrows along a wooded path after Tonia was attacked by Don Juan. "Feeling better?" McCoy asks her. "A little," Tonia answers. As the pair walk along, Tonia slips her hand around McCoy's arm. The doctor, who is quite smitten by the pretty young yeoman, is only too happy to play the role of Southern gentleman suitor. As Tonia walks along, smiling and sharing her fantasy of dressing as a fairy tale princess. McCoy tells her, "I see what you mean. But then you'd have whole armies of Don Juan's to fight off." Tonia laughs at that, and then McCoy continues, "... and me, too." Tonia stops and turns to face McCoy. "Is that a promise, Doctor?" she asks. The two join hands and share a long moment of looking into each other's eyes.

Then, Tonia's attention is captured by something she sees hanging on a nearby palm tree. She rushes over and drapes the gown in front of her, showing it off to McCoy. "Look at me, Doctor," she beams, "a lady to be protected and fought for." McCoy smiles with delight as he watches Tonia playfully twirl around with the gown in front of her.
