1963 Lesmann "Echo" Amp......No More Polkas for this Bad Boy

Описание к видео 1963 Lesmann "Echo" Amp......No More Polkas for this Bad Boy

Recently, a generous viewer donated this amp to our channel as a video feature. Although a completely unfamiliar brand, it is a very unusual and well-made amp, intended for use with accordions. Several mysteries arose upon inspection: 1.) No input jack.....how did it ever communicate with an instrument? 2.) A mysterious UTC line-matching transformer 3.) The letters "VIB" and "TREM" on one control.....could it have both effects? 4.) The presence of the word "Echo" as part of its name......does this imply reverb? And more......that you'll have to watch to find out ;)

If these mysteries interest you, then please join us as we convert this very unusual old gem into a rocking guitar amp......with a killer tremolo. In addition, we will open a shipment containing another very unusual amplifier, sent by a viewer as material for a future video.
