Erandeeny Valencia says she's self-conscious about her small A-cup breasts. When the teen from Los Angles goes out, she always covers up and she cringes while wearing bathing suits in public. For years, Erandeeny says she's been begging her mom for breast implants. Mom was reluctant until finally relenting. Plastic surgeon Dr. Burr von Maur says he doesn't see it as an ethical issue as long as the teen and her parents know exactly what they're getting into. #InsideEdition
