The Viral Chocolate Bar That Is Rare To Find Anywhere But Dubai
It's actually called the "Pookie," a hybrid treat that's already gotten 15.7 million views on social media.

The viral chocolate bar has buttery, crispy pistachio, and kataifi feh (Kunafa). It’s taking the world by storm and for good reason.

INGREDIENTS

300 gm Belgium dark chocolate
100 gm Belgium milk chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil or butter
50 gm Belgium white chocolate
Pistachio filling:
150 gmKataifi pastry
75 gm pistachio paste

Optional:
Edible food colors to mix with the white chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS

We cut the Kataifi pastry until fine and toast it over low heat on the pan until golden. This can take 3-5 minutes. Stir this well to avoid burning, if you don’t toast this well the bars will not have that essential crunch in every bite. Once colored, remove the heat, transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside.
If your pistachio paste is firm warm it in the microwave for 20 seconds until smooth and runny.
Pour into the crunchy kunafa, add a pinch of salt, and I like adding pistachio powder to this mixture.
We then melt the milk and dark chocolate in the microwave in a bowl for 10-second seconds, stirring between intervals.
It took me 1 minute in total to melt the chocolate until smooth. Add the coconut oil, stir, and set aside. Melt the white chocolate in another bowl and divide it into a couple of smaller bowls to color them with food coloring.

Fill each mold with the pistachio filling and smooth out the top evenly.

Cover the top with more melted dark chocolate and cover evenly. Make sure to scrape out the excess and place the mold in the freezer to set for a few minutes.

Remove from the freezer and from the mold, serve it with coffee or after a meal.
NOTES
Toast the Kataifi pastry well to get that crunch.
If you are living in a very hot climate, let the first layer of chocolate set for a few minutes in the freezer before adding the filling and topping with more chocolate to get a clean bar.

You can do this with any other nut paste but then it won't be the viral recipe.

2 Tbsp salted butter

1 cup finely chopped kataifi pastry (knafeh orKataifi )
¼-⅓ cup pistachio cream, as desired
