The Minotaur's Visage head style is the reward for completing the DCUO "Remnants of the Minotaur" Omnipotent collection from Episode 27: Amazon Fury Part 3.

The Minotaur's Visage style takes inspiration from the in-game Minotaur model, allowing players the opportunity to make their character wear an authentic DCUO Minotaur head.

The Remnants of the Minotaur Omnipotent collection will drop for all players who have unlocked the "Divine Favor" feat. The Divine Favor feat can be unlocked by simultanously wearing gear that grants a total of 8 Divine Favor points. The Shim'Tar (from the Amazon Time Capsules) and Fallen God gear (from the Episode 27 vendor) both feature Divine Favor points.

The collection features 10 different pieces. 9 of the pieces drop randomly from bosses in Amazon Fury Part 3 content. The last piece is available from the Amazon Fury Part 3 vendor in Typhon's Monster Invasion open world at a cost of 300 Ancient Coins.

Minotaur Earrings
Minotaur Eyes
Minotaur Hide
Minotaur Jaw
Minotaur Mane
Minotaur Nose Ring
Minotaur Skull
Minotaur Teeth
Reinforced Minotaur Horns

Unfortunately, I wasn't writing guides when Amazon Fury 3 was the current episode, so I don't have a list of specific locations that each piece of the collection drops in.

The Minotaur's Visage style will be sent via the in-game Mail system upon completing the collection. Consuming the non-tradable style will unlock the "Lord of the Labyrinth" feat worth 0 stars and the exclusive "[...] the Minotaur" title.
