Berchtesgaden square in the daytime certainly looks better! I ride the Rossfeldstrasse in this ride, my biggest mountain pass so far. It is a cracking run, with gorgeous scenery of the late snow and views over Germany and Salzburg and the rest of Austria.

I set my max speed record of over 50mph on Eddy, a forty-five-(then)-year-old bicycle -- without a helmet!
