Today in this short video I'll share with you How to Share Your Goals With Others.
To achieve your goals, you need of course to define your goals. Next, share your goals with others. The process of sharing your goals with others is more powerful than you might expect. When you're aiming for very big goals, you won't able to achieve them alone.
Goals are an important catalyzer for your future and sharing them with others will help you to achieve them much more easily. But how to share them? What should we share?
Here's a starter list:
1) Discuss the importance of the goal
2) Share where you are in relation to your goal.
3) Seek feedback and input for how to proceed next
4) Express gratitude for help given so far and encouragement to keep going
Also, send weekly reports on how you are going with your goal. In the report you should share:
1) what you were able to do that you planned in the last week…
2) what you couldn’t do and why,
