P&O Arvia Caribbean cruise part 3... Pearl misbehaves

So this was meant to be a sea day but because of a medical emergency the ship had to dock in La romana a day earlier .What we could see of the port area it looked very impressive . So we were looking forward to using the facilities the following day .

We had lunch in the 6th street diner restaurant , this is an American themed restaurant , with the staff dressed in the appropriate gear ,the walls ordained with some themed artwork .and even a jukebox .

We spent the afternoon using one of the pools , as it was quieter because people had gone ashore .

That evening was our first Gala night , and it gave people the chance to put on there glad rags and look their best . We also enjoyed the glass of complimentary Fizz with our dinner.
