“This music video was filmed in my apartment during the summer of 2019 and stands to immortalize the collective of artists, musicians, bands, and individuals we know as our Family, and that saved my life. It is an eternal thank you to our friends and an encouragement to support their art, as you support ours. It is a lesson in faith and a depiction of my Dark Night of the Soul and my salvation through letting True Love in. I lost hope, and nearly gave up, when I thought I lost everything; but, my chosen family lifted me up and gave me wings. This world will test you. You will face darkness; but, there is always Light and that Light can live in you. My father often told me, ‘the challenges you’re facing now are a test to see if you really want the life you say you do.‘ In order to build muscle, it must be pushed. You will be pushed; but, don’t ever give up. You’re never broken. Take charge. It’s never over. You always have a choice. Stay humble, stay gracious, stay kind. You are never alone. You are a part of an army a thousand angels strong.“
