Our first time visiting Oregon
My mom and Dad had 4 daughters together one of my younger sisters lives in Oregon and was having her sacraments done on Easter weekend. All 4 sisters including our now divorced parents and every grandchild packed our bags and headed her way. It was a special moment to see her not only do her sacraments but spending Easter together as a whole I can’t remember that last time that happened. We did a couple of pits stop to enjoy Oregon nature like the Japanese garden, Multnomah Falls, voodoo doughnut,  downtown Portland for lunch, tried couple of diners, went to my nephew’s tball game, of course did some grocery shopping to check out Oregon prices and to pick up ingredients to make another meatless dinner for my teens and sisters family on Good Friday. I made them “chicken” tostadas de Tinga and fried “chicken” using mushrooms, it was so good!!!
