On most Danfoss temperature switches, the differential is adjustable. Please remember that a higher differential results in fewer switching cycles and longer life.

In this example, we demonstrate how to set up a Danfoss temperature switch for rising temperature applications. We have an RT 4 with a measuring range from -5° to 30° C and a differential from 1.2 to 7°C.
