Just sharing a glimpse from our Winter Days with you | November-March can be quite depressing here in the Pacific Northwest of US & it often takes a toll on my mental health. But I'm learning... to stay busy, focus on rituals, start creative projects, host friends, making time for rest & other little things to get through these months. If you live in a corner of the world that gets dark & grey too, hope you find comfort in something I shared here.
