ALERT: New Jersey’s expungement law was recently amended, effective June 15, 2020, with a number of significant changes to the expungement process and eligibility. These changes are reflected in our interactive eligibility and form creator interviews; the Clearing Your Record manual; and our instructional expungement video series.
