How to reset the counter of the drum unit Brother DR-820 DR-890 DR-3400 DR-3425 for use in HL-L5000 L5100 L5200 L6200 L6250 L6300 6400 Series
DCP-L5500 L5600 L5650 L6600 Series
MFC-L5700 L5750 L5755 L5800 L5850 L5900 L6700 L6750 L6800 L6900 Series
INSTRUCTIONS:

HL-L5000/5100/5200/6200/6250 series
1. Open the front cover.
2. Press and hold OK button for about 2 seconds until “Drum Unit” shows on the display.
3. Press OK button
4. Press UP arrow and select “Reset”
5. Close the front cover. The Drum led is off.

HL-L6300, 6400 Series
1. Close the front cover.
2. Press “X” to interrupt the error
3. Select “Settings\Machine info\Parts Life”
4. Select “Drum Life” until the touchscreen message changes
5. Press “Yes”
6. Press Home button.

DCP-L5500, 5600, 5650, 6600 Series
MFC-L5700, 5750, 5755, 5800, 5850, 5900, 6700, 6750, 6800, 6900 Series
1. Close the front cover.
2. Press “X”
3. Select “Settings\All Settings\Machine info\Parts Life”
4. Press “DRUM” until the touchscreen message changes a
5. Press “Yes”
6. Press Home button.
