This 30 minute chair exercise program is created for seniors and beginners who want to work towards improved health while seated. This workout includes a warm up and then we focus on improving posture, strength and flexibility. The entire workout is done seated and with no equipment. If you want to make it a bit more challenging, you can choose to use weights.
