Here is another video in the series of Weekly Meal Preps. These are 3 Masala Pastes.
If we can get Thai curry Pastes then why not Indian Curry Pastes?
These 3 Masala Pastes are an answer to this.
These 3 Masala pastes are:
1. Brown curry paste
2. Tomato makhani paste
3. Chop masala
These 3 Masala pastes can be made and stored for up to a fortnight. All you need to do it take the desired quantity of masala paste, add water, season it, bring to a boil and your curries and gravies are ready.
These 3 masala Pastes are good for working people, students and even housewives.
Spend 1 hour to make these Instant Curry Pastes and rest for a fortnight!
With the brown curry paste, you can make all gravy dushes like aloo matar, rajma, chole, egg curry, dum aloo, even chicken and mutton curry.
With the tomato makhani paste, you can make butter chicken, paneer makhani, butter masala dishes and kofta curry too.
With the chop masala you can make dal tadka, all dry vegetables and baigan bharta too.

Brown Curry Paste
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 kg sliced onions
50g peeled garlic
50g ginger
25g cashew nut
4 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp garam masala powder
½ cup tomato paste
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp bhuna besan
Oil to fry


Tomato Makhani paste
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1kg tomatoes
200g onions
25g garlic
50g ginger
50g cashew
10 green cardamoms
3 sticks cinnamon
5 bay leaves
1 mace flower
1 tbsp white pepper powder
25g Kashmiri chili powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
50g oil

Chop Masala
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
½ kg chopped onions
½ kg chopped tomatoes
50g ginger
50g garlic
Cumin seeds
4 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp garam masala powder
½ cup tomato paste
2 tsp salt
