My first time on High Chaparral Trail. I picked a bad line. I got off my bike to walk it up a step. As I was supporting my bike, I felt a pop in my right knee, lost some strength and went down. Almost no pain. By Sunday night it was sore and very swollen. Probably just old damaged cartilage and arthritis.
