For me, peace is not something big or expensive.
Peace is simple.
It is a feeling inside our heart.
1. What does peace mean?
Peace means feeling calm and comfortable with your life.
It means your mind is quiet, even when the world around you is noisy.
Peace does not mean that life has no problems.
We all have stress, work pressure (áp lực công việc), and worries.
But when we have peace, we know how to slow down and breathe.
Peace is when you accept who you are and what you have at the moment.
2. Peace in daily life
I can find peace in very small moments.
For example, in the morning, I wake up early and open the window.
I feel the fresh air and see the sunlight.
The street is quiet, and the day feels new.
Sometimes, peace is drinking a warm cup of tea after a long day.
Sometimes, it is listening to soft music before sleeping.
Sometimes, it is sitting alone and doing nothing.

3. Peace does not mean being alone
Many people think peace means being alone.
But I don’t think so.
Peace can come from people, too.
When I talk to someone who listens to me, I feel peaceful.

It is about how comfortable you feel with them.
4. Peace in a busy world
Today, the world is very fast.
We always check messages, social media, and emails.
Our minds are always busy.

We can take a short walk.

5. Peace is a choice
I believe peace is a choice.
We cannot control everything in life,

When something bad happens, we can choose to be angry,
or we can choose to stay calm and learn from it.
Choosing peace does not mean giving up.

6. Why peace is important
When we have peace, we live better.
We sleep better.
We think more clearly.

A peaceful person can make people around them feel calm too.
So peace is not only good for us,
but also good for the world.
