BuffBars may be downloaded from lotrointerface.com, the safest place to get LOTRO plugins and skins. Note that you must download the base plugin plus 3 patches and the patches must all be installed in the correct order. This is the order in which you should download and install the plugin and its patches: TOP TO BOTTOM is Order.
