This is the hotel I stayed at with my friends in Göreme, which is called Cappadocia Caves Hotel (https://cutt.ly/hYtWUH6). There are countless beautiful hotels in Göreme, so it can be hard to choose one, but I can say that we were really happy with this one. The balloons fly very close to the rooftops, so you get a fantastic view on them. This hotel also had a huge breakfast included.
