This Battery was at 2.5 Volts when it would not charge on the camcorder.
After a full charge with the camcorder it was at 4.2 volts.
I originally charged it to over 4.5 volts which was a little longer than an hour and a little higher than I intended to charge it since it is an Li Ion battery.
After being emptied with the camcorder until shutting off it was down to 3.2volts.
Therefore my theory is that it normally operates between 3.2 and 4.2 volts and probably stops taking a charge through the camcorder right around 3.0 volts.
