My Story: Getting an Intestinal Blockage

What does it feel like to get an intestinal blockage? During my rectal cancer treatment, I experienced one after I finished up my last round of chemotherapy. Having an ileostomy puts you at a greater risk of experiencing one, and I had an ileostomy when I experienced my blockage. Let me tell you what you could expect if you ever have the unfortunate luck of having one.
