Gobi Masala Fry

Ingredients
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Fennel powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Gobi (cauliflower) – 250 grams (soaked in hot water for 5 mins)
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon
