Senate Proceedings - Swearing-In of Senator Maria Kovacic

Maria Kovacic contested the seat of Parramatta during the 2022 Federal Election. She was President of the New South Wales Division of the Liberal Party from 5 October 2022 until her selected by her party to be the candidate to fill the vacancy.

Kovacic was chosen by the Parliament of New South Wales on 31 May 2023 to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Jim Molan AO DSC.
