In this live, I walk through the redlined version of Blake Lively’s Second Amended Complaint to show what was redacted and what those redactions actually contained. Using side-by-side filings, I examine whether the redactions support the claims being made or simply create the appearance of hidden, damaging evidence. Much of this stream focuses on how ordinary facts were obscured and why their disclosure changes how the case reads.
