Welcome to this How to Astral Project | Guided Meditation to Have an Out of Body Experience. This guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease.

I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, I will take you through an exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

There are many OBE techniques, the one we will explore in this meditation is motion-based and does not rely on the any form of visualization (so it’s aphantasia friendly). It draws on your intention, your senses and on the power of your breath, through psychic alternate nostril breathing.

How to Astral Project | Guided Meditation to Have an Out of Body Experience

This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

My voice will fall away after about 32 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation technique uses binaural beats and is more effective with headphones.
