Beef Papaitan Ingredients
1/2kg Beef (karne ng baka)
3/4kg Beef tripe (tuwalya ng baka)
1 medium size Ginger (luya)
2 tsp Garlic (bawang)
1 medium size Onion (sibuyas)
1 Green Chili (siling haba/pangsigang)
1pack Mama Sitas Pinapaitan Mix (bitter stew mix)
Salt and Pepper
