12-hour train across New Zealand: Auckland to Wellington (Northern Explorer)

New Zealand is one of the prettiest countries in the world to travel by train, as the scenery is amazing! In this video, we cross almost the entire North Island on the Northern Explorer, going from Auckland (main city) to Wellington (the capital). We see volcanoes, canyons, and a few places where Lord of the Rings was filmed. The trip lasted almost 12 hours. Check out the video to discover if it was worth it 😉
