ANDROID'S PRO PHOTOGRAPHY MODE and FULL MANUAL CONTROL:
Galaxy s21, s22 and s23 Ultra's 10x Cameras are identical so results will be similar.
I have been using my android smartphones for nightscape pictures, nightscape time lapses and Milky Way Galaxy
pictures last 4 years because Android Camera app is
allowing you to get full control over phone's all cameras, just
like any other professional digital cameras.
Making "Long Exposure Photography" for up to 30 seconds for each individual cameras on your phone in "PRO MODE". Besides that you can also take RAW images with Android phones which allows you to even stack for deep sky astrophotography. Most high end Android Phones manufactured between 2018-2022 will have the Pro Mode in your Google Camera App without needing an additional camera app.

IPHONE
I have tried the same with an iphone 13 Pro Max but the problem was, you can't actually use the iphone's camera manually. Everything is calculated with Al and it wont allow you to control your ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture manually even with the night mode. For astrophotography you need to able manually control your ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture Control. I don't know if there is any additional app that gives you full manual control of an iphone camera, that might work too. Please let me know in the comments if you know an additional app for iphone for manual camera use, I would love to give it a try.
