Cab ride Zürich - Chur / train drivers view in Switzerland in 4K (August 2022)

In this video you can enjoy the cab ride - train drivers view from Zürich to Chur, which is a part of the The Lake Zürich left bank railway line. As its name suggests, it runs down the left, or west, bank of Lake Zürich, connecting Zürich to Ziegelbrücke. The left-bank railway opened in 1875 and forms part of the Zürich–Chur main line. It is 61.31 kilometres (38.10 mi) long, standard gauge, double track and electrified at 15 kV  16.7 Hz AC supplied by overhead line. The train on our journey used the Zimmerberg Base Tunnel not the lakeside line. From Ziegelbrücke it continuous to Ziegelbrücke–Sargans railway, Chur is its ultimate destination. Chur is a capital of the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. The railway station was opened in 1858 and it is the most important railway junction in Graubünden. The station is one of the most important stations on the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) metre-gauge network.
