Soloing Secrets - Michael Bloomfield

Описание к видео Soloing Secrets - Michael Bloomfield

Hey everyone! here's the next episode of Soloing Secrets with this look at Michael Bloomfield. I've had a number of requests to feature more of the late-great Michael Bloomfield's music, and while players of a certain (young) age might not know Michael's name or his timeless music - they should, and this lesson is a great place to start digging into his highly respected and influential music - so let's dive in!

The ideas shared in this lesson include songs/ideas pulled from four Bloomfield-related albums, including his first solo album (It's Not Killing Me), a number of ideas from his days playing with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band, an idea from Michael's days in The Electric Flag, and a little from his timeless appearance on the historic Super Session album with Al Kooper.

You'll find sections from songs such as 'Don't Think About It, Baby,' 'Born In Chicago,' 'Screamin',' 'Killing Floor,' 'Albert's Shuffle,' and more hiding in this lesson!

Needless to say, if you're a Michael Bloomfield fan, a fan of blues and blues-rock guitar music, a player looking for some new licks and ideas to stick in their bag of tricks, or maybe you're just curious what all the fuss is about - this lesson is totally for you!
