Consider a full review of your costs and prices - get the expertise of accountants to review your costs and pricing expertise to update pricing by focusing primarily on the market.

5. Finally, expand your channels to market. If you haven’t already, now is the time to build, strengthen and refine your e-commerce and social media platforms. The more visible you are online, the more you can position yourself as a leader in the digital age of B2B selling.

When times are unstable, your business needs to act. Stagnating and waiting for disruptions to be over is futile and won’t bring any growth to your company. There’s always room to redesign your strategies and try a new direction. Doing business in tough times is all the more reason to change how you sell, price and market.
