Using the teachings of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, the sadhaka (spiritual aspirant) practices dharanas, meditations that gradually dissolve the egoic boundaries. The focus on Kaulachara, Kaula traditions, and Kriya Yoga leads the practitioner deeper into Tantric rituals and abhishekas (empowerments), revealing the non-duality of Shiva and Shakti.
