The landscape of Baltimore’s homeownership and demographics are constantly changing. In this session, panelists will be discussing the declines in homeownership and it’s impacts on different areas of Baltimore as well as issues like evictions and affordable housing and how we can begin to address them. We’ll also get a demonstration of how to navigate the Baltimore Eviction Map, which shows risks of evictions, actual evictions, and other neighborhood factors like segregation and redlining.
